1. Once you decide to work with a therapist at Telespera Counseling, your therapist will send you a email invitation to join the Client Portal to begin completing the new client documents.
2. The email link will take you to the Client Portal home page at https://telespera.clientsecure.me.
3. You’ll be prompted to review and agree to the Client Portal User Agreement.
4. Next, you see a Welcome page with a prompt to Get Started.
5. Finally, click on the Documents link at the top of of the page to see the forms you’ll need to complete before your first appointment.
If you have questions, simply click on the chat icon at the top right of the page to send a message to your therapist.
